This session is designed for LGBTQ+ educators who want to learn more about the impact that an educator's identity can have on students. Some of the topics discussed will reinforce themes and ideas discussed by the LGBTQ+ Staff Affinity Group. We will read a brief article and reflect on our own experiences with LGBTQ+ educators. Participants will leave with a better understanding of the impact that educator identity may have on students.
