Neurodivergent learners experience barriers to their education that often go unnoticed by even the most sensitive educators. In this presentation, we will go over some of the barriers that neurodivergent learners experience, ways that they are being addressed already in NPS, and then focus on further strategies to break down these barriers. This is intended to teach and focus on both tier 1 and more individualized interventions that can be used by any staff member, not just those in special education.
