Relax and unwind before a morning of learning. You will stretch your body and mind as I guide you through a series of poses meant to loosen and center yourselves. You will learn breathing techniques to bring back to your students, families, coworkers, and most of all yourselves to use during times of dysregulation. Please bring a mat (I'll have a few extra) and wear comfy clothes. I hope you will join me on the mat.
