Dr. Amante-Jackson is a nationally-recognized strategist and educator who, through a lens of equity and psychological safety, will lead dynamic sessions that align with Natick’s ongoing commitment to capacity building and training on the increased connections between belonging-based practices, cultural relevance and tiered instruction/support. Sessions will support teachers, across the grade levels (MS - Session 1, PK/Elem - Session 2, HS - Session 3, Admin - in the PM). The goals of the sessions will be to help educators gain skills to deepen strong Tier 1 instruction through academic and behavioral strategies. Participants will learn roadmaps around enacting belonging, tools in monitoring increased relevance, and will have opportunities to process their learning.
